• When it comes to measuring your ring size we suggest a couple of options.

If you already have a ring that fits the finger then measure the inside diameter and make a note of it.

You can also try wrapping a piece of string/paper around the knuckle of your finger and using a pen to mark the point where the ends meet. Then measure the length using a mm ruler for the most accurate measurement. Remember to take into account the warmth of your hands at the time, as this can change the size slightly.

The most accurate option is to ask to be measured in any jewellers, who will supply you with your ring size.

  • As for measuring wrist size, the best method is to measure the distance from the middle of your index finger to the middle of your pinky finger. This should allow the bangle to be slipped over your hand but not allow it to slide off.

  • The sterling silver products don’t require a lot of upkeep but here are some top tips we recommend to keep them looking their best.

    * Your silver can be worn in water without affecting the quality of it, however we wouldn’t recommend wearing it in environments such as swimming pools as the chemicals can dull the silver slightly.

    * Add your jewellery after applying creams, perfumes etc. as they may affect the precious metal.

    * After a lot of wear it may be that they need polishing slightly, which can be done with just a simple microfibre cloth in up and down strokes.

    * As for storing your items, we recommend storing them separately to other pieces of jewellery to avoid the surfaces scratching.

  • The majority of my pieces fall below the regulation weight for silver hallmarking but heavier pieces (> 7.78g) are hallmarked with my own sponsor mark at the Assay Office in Birmingham.
